Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 72 hours after payment is successfully received. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

United States & Canada: 2–4 weeks
Australia & New Zealand: 2–4 weeks
United Kingdom & Europe: 2–4 weeks
Other supported destinations: 2–5 weeks

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, local holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

Once available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may be fulfilled from different fulfillment locations and therefore arrive in separate packages.

Order Changes

Please contact support@celysta.com as soon as possible if you need to request an order change. We will make reasonable efforts to assist before fulfillment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
