We accept eligible returns requested within 30 days after your order is delivered.
To request a return, email support@celysta.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our customer service team will provide the applicable return instructions and return address.
Returned products must meet the eligibility conditions stated in this policy. Items that are damaged, incorrect, or defective upon arrival should be reported to us within 14 days of delivery and should include photographs where reasonably necessary for us to review the issue.
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return results from an error on our part or otherwise required by applicable law.
